2. Purpose

This website provides information about the beach volleyball school Litore Beach Volley Academy (training, levels, schedules, prices, tournaments and other services such as team building and corporate tournaments, sessions for Erasmus and international students, special training sessions, schools and groups) and lets you send trial session requests, tournament registrations and contact messages.

No payments are made on this website. Payments are made in person once your spot is confirmed: training in cash or by card at the session itself; tournament entry fees at the tournament check-in.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and requires no registration. Users agree to use it lawfully, to provide accurate data in the forms and not to submit third-party data without their consent.

Requests sent through the forms are not in themselves a booking or a confirmed registration. The spot, the time and, where applicable, the price are confirmed by WhatsApp or email.

Published schedules, prices and services may change for organisational or weather reasons. The information that applies is the one confirmed to you.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this website (texts, photographs, logo, design and code) belong to Grupo de recreación deportiva de voley playa Litore or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior permission is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

Photographs of players are published with their consent. If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, write to litorevolleyacademy@gmail.com.

5. Links to third parties

This website contains links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and the Aspresso K7 website). These links only take effect when you click them; from then on the third party's terms and privacy policy apply. The owner is not responsible for the content of external sites.

The owner works to keep the information on this website correct and up to date but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site is always available. The owner is not liable for damage arising from the use of the published information, except where the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.
