Setting
Position under the ball, ten-finger contact and direction to your partner.
Receiving and defence
A stable platform, reading the serve and short moves on sand.
Reading the game
Decide before the touch: when to attack, when to set, how to cover.

Everybody starts with a trial session: that way your coach sees how you play and puts you in the group that really fits you. No exam and no pressure, even if you have never played.

Before you start.
How do I know my level?
Read "For you if…" on each level. If in doubt, request the trial session: your coach confirms your level and, if needed, recommends another group.
What should I bring?
Sportswear, water and sun protection. We bring the balls.
What if it rains or it is windy?
We let you know on WhatsApp and you make up the session another day.
Can I change groups?
Yes. Your level grows with you: when you are ready, we suggest the next step.
How do I pay?
In cash or by card at training, once your spot is confirmed. Nothing is paid on this website. If you join a group, the trial session (10 €) is credited against your first monthly fee.
